Hi Everyone, While this page is no longer active, I continue to work to help people reach their health goals as a wellness coach. I just started a Yourtube Channel devoted to health, wellness, motivation, and behavior change.

There is already a 6 video series called Understanding Motivation 1. Feel free to visit and subscribe if interested.

Be well.

I'm not sure how many people watched the Boston Marathon, but I definitely get inspired by the runners. But like a lot of runners I ran this week when I shouldn't have. My foot has been sore, but the weather was just too nice to pass up a run. To all my runners out their, make sure you listen to your body. And if you run through some pain, make sure you get your ice ready!
