Goat-Assisted Therapy; Meet Cappy!🐐

That’s right—starting immediately, clients will have the option to include:
• Judgmental goat stares from Cappy to keep you accountable 👀
• Group therapy now featuring goat yoga (like downward dog… but make it goat) 🧘‍♀️
• On-site emotional support goat for when life gets a little too “bleat-y”💚

We truly believe this innovative approach will help everyone get over their baaaa-d days 🐐✨

The Fuego Easter Bunny has officially recruited us, and we’ll be hopping around town Saturday morning, hiding eggs for you all to find!

Capstone's goal is to promote mental health care and reduce the impairments associated with mental health disorders, substance abuse and chemical dependency through education, support, and treatment services. What a huge asset to our community!

Due to inclement weather, Capstone buildings will be closed on Monday, March 16.
