Sundays are for slowing down.
Whether it’s a walk, journaling, or simply taking a deep breath, make time for you today. You deserve rest, care, and calm.

A little reminder for today: your thoughts matter.

Speak to yourself with the same kindness you’d offer someone you love. You’re doing your best, and that’s enough.

When we say our model of care is making a difference, we mean it.

Our community partners have expressed gratitude for the expanded work, and those we serve are truly feeling the change.

Every donation helps Prairie View continue our mission as a CCBHC, expanding access, improving outcomes, and transforming lives.

Last night we attended the special preview of Grains of Glory: The Kansas Mennonite Story, produced by PBS Kansas Channel 8. The documentary shares a powerful Kansas story of faith, resilience, and agricultural innovation that helped shape our state into the Breadbasket of America.

Prairie View was honored to sponsor this project and join the community at Krehbiel Auditorium on the Bethel College campus to see the film on screen. Thank you to PBS Kansas for inviting us to be part of the evening and for telling a story that holds deep meaning for so many in our region.

We had a great time at the Marion County Health Fair connecting with community members and sharing information about Prairie View’s services.

Pictured are Ashley Etheridge and Erin Hein. Not pictured are Caitlin Abbott, Mollie Partridge, Jill Hudson, and Lori Wheeler, who also helped represent Prairie View throughout the event.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth to learn more about mental and behavioral health resources, and a big thank-you to the organizers for putting together such a meaningful event for the community.

What a turnout at the Hillsboro Trunk or Treat! Jill and Lori represented Prairie View and handed out treats to hundreds of trick-or-treaters.

We brought two giant pumpkins, one filled with candy and the other packed with peanut butter crackers, cheese crackers, and granola bars. The snacks disappeared long before the candy, and our glow-in-the-dark bracelets were a hit with the kids.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by and made it such a fun community night!

We’re happy to partner with Bethel College to share Prairie View’s message of hope and support through new digital display ads on campus. These displays help raise awareness of our services and our ongoing commitment to students and the community.

When life feels heavy, pause and give yourself permission to breathe.

Stretch your body, step outside, or take a few quiet moments just for you.

You don’t have to do everything, just one thing to bring yourself peace today.

Transforming lives

At Prairie View, we welcome people who are struggling with mental illness and addictions. They are individuals, mothers, fathers, sons, daughters, couples and families. They come searching for answers, for help, for a caring and compassionate person to hear their story, for transformation. We support our clients on the life-changing road to recovery and treat each person with dignity and respect.

Prairie View is located in Newton, Hillsboro, McPherson, east Wichita and west Wichita, Kansas.
