How do you start your mornings?

I start my mornings with stillness. Before my feet touch the ground or my hands touch my phone, I take some time to be present, to reflect on how I want my day to go, and to be grateful to be alive. I take time to just breathe.

Setting these intentions first thing in the morning can change the trajectory of your day. If the first thing you do is grab your phone you go from a creative mindset to a consuming mindset. You lessen your ability to create magic in your day.

While finish up my practicum (practice sessions) I will be offering by donation and Google review sessions to help connect you back to your inner truth.

In these session we will explore the relationship between your body and your inner awareness. The Body Coherence Method helps reconnect the mind and body so your nervous system can return to balance. I will guide you through a few simple prompts that allow your body to show us where stress or disruption may have started. When awareness comes to it, the body naturally begins returning to coherence.

2. Understand Your Nervous System: Recognizing the state of your nervous system can significantly impact your workout. When you're calm and focused, you can lift more efficiently. Techniques like visualization and mindful breathing can help you stay in control.

3. Stay Calm Under Pressure: Practice breathing techniques during your warm-up. This prepares your body to handle heavier lifts without the need for gasping for air.

4. Build Endurance: As you train, incorporate breath-holding techniques during certain lifts to enhance your lung capacity and muscular endurance.

By mastering your breath and understanding your body’s responses, you can tackle your workouts with greater ease, keeping your mouth closed and your focus sharp.

✨ Hello, beautiful community! I know it’s been a little quiet here lately, and I appreciate your patience as I navigate a significant transition. After nearly two decades, my career with a company I greatly loved and appreciated for all the opportunities they awarded me is ending and I’m stepping into a new chapter filled with change and growth.

YES, I’m still offering Breathwork sessions! In fact, I’m excited to announce that I’m currently finalizing my certification in the Body Coherence Method, which will soon be a part of my offerings.

While I no longer have a studio, I’m collaborating with local businesses to provide classes and sessions. I’m also available for in-person private sessions at your home or virtually, ensuring you have access to healing wherever you are.

What I Offer:
- Somatic Breathwork: A journey of healing from the inside out, guiding you to release trapped emotions and trauma within your body.
- New Sessions: Soon I will be certified in Body Coherence Method helping guide you to your natural state of coherence through consciousness-based healing.
