Are you a dedicated and detail-oriented nursing professional passionate about providing top-quality home healthcare? ABP Homecare Agency is seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Nurse to join our dynamic team and help us ensure excellence in care delivery.

Position: Quality Assurance (QA) Nurse

Location:Newton MA

Employment Type: Full-time/Part-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits and reviews of patient charts to ensure compliance with agency and regulatory standards.

• Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided to our patients.

• Provide education and support to staff to improve clinical documentation and care practices.

• Collaborate with the clinical team to implement corrective actions and quality improvement initiatives.

• Stay updated with industry regulations and ensure agency policies align with current standards.

Qualifications:

• Current MA RN or LPN license in good standing.

• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, preferably in home healthcare.

• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of quality assurance protocols.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in using EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
