Balanced Nutrition offers sports nutrition talks for teams designed to help athletes understand how to fuel for practices, games, tournaments, and recovery—without diet culture or misinformation.

Each session is customized for the team and can cover topics like:
• Game day fueling
• Hydration
• Recovery nutrition
• Easy meals and snacks for busy athletes
• Preventing under-fueling
• Navigating sports nutrition advice online

Available in person or virtual with an option for coaches to connect with an RD beforehand to create a workshop tailored to your team.
