Tonight, we celebrated one of our fearless leaders — Diane, whose strength, selflessness, and dedication continue to inspire everyone who walks through our doors. ❤️ Thank you, Diane, for all that you do — and thank you to every veteran who was part of this session. The Victor Six family grows stronger because of YOU.

To make the night even more special, it was also the last session of our Fall 2025 program, and we closed it out with a powerful and calming yoga class led by KC. 🧘‍♂️✨ The perfect way to reset, reflect, and recharge.

17 years old Our Victor Six founder enlisted in US Army - Serving with 3rd Special Forces- 1st Infantry Division LRRP In Vietnam - Recon 1/26 - 58th Infantry D Company Long Range Surveillance-
He is considered the “Youngest Teenage Officer to serve in Vietnam - promoted to Captain at 20 years of age and retired for burns at 21. This Paratrooper/Ranger epitomizes the Duty, Honor, Valor of Veterans Day! I have recordings of many of the men that served and I will share two today.

Tonight, we had an incredible crew — including some of our graduated veterans — join us for a Back Gym Bonanza circuit training workout in honor of our founder, Captain David A. Christian’s birthday! 🎂

It was a night filled with sweat, laughter, and camaraderie — the true spirit of Victor Six. 💥

Huge thanks to everyone who came out to push their limits and celebrate with us. Our community keeps getting stronger, both in and out of the gym. As always, thanks to the Newtown Athletic Club - NAC and Jim Worthington for hosting this life changing program. Cheers to celebrating more happy and healthy Victor Six Birthdays here!
