On September 30th our patients have an opportunity to access screening mammography as Wrightstown Family Medicine will partner with Fox Chase Cancer Center's Mobile Screening Unit! The MSU will be on site from 9:00 am - 2:15 pm on Tuesday 9/30/25. Please call our office to be scheduled for this service if you are an established WFM patient (age 40 or older), have not had screening mammography within the last 12 months, and do not currently have implants or a new breast problem. Meet the newest member of our team at Wrightstown Family Medicine, Rebecca Martens, PA-C. Rebecca received her bachelor of Science degree in Biology from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. Then she went on to earn her degree in Master of Physician Assistant studies from Desales University in Center Valley, PA. She started her first post-graduate job with the children's hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) working in their Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. Then she transitioned to working in a PA-C position in an emergency department observation unit in Erie, PA with St. Vincent's Hospital. She is excited to start the next chapter in her career as a primary care provider for WFM. Rebecca states she has a passion for developing lasting, meaningful relationships with her patients and caring for them in both acute and preventative medicine manners. During her free time, she enjoys running, cooking, nature walks, and trying new things. She is also a big dog person and enjoys her two furry golden doodles, Bonnie and Clyde. She is looking forward to being part of Wrightstown Family Medicine, working with the staff and meeting the patients who have chosen our practice.
