Among other things my kids compete in Irish Dancing. It involves hair and make up and is usually a mad dash to get out the door on time. Today the universe seemed to send a loud and clear message in the form of the soup I was heating up to pack for lunch exploding out of the pot and landing on my wrist. The message; SLOW DOWN! It felt like it was not only meant for me so I pass it on to you…in a less painful way.
