✨️It's that time of year again. Need to update my massage license. Every 2 years and it's a pain in the ass. Not massaging these days but I'm not going to let it lapse either. I love what I'm doing now but I do miss hand in the ethereal 🙌🌌.

There is no easy way to explain the pain people with sciatica go through. The specific treatment of this health condition makes it look even more dangerous. Sciatica requires special medications and physical therapy that is supposed to relieve the pain....

Hold the Lu1 chest points for 2 minutes while breathing deeply, 3 times daily. Get off all sugars. Exercise; your body really needs it! Find ways to love yourself for what you’re going thru. Breathe as deeply as you want to heal yourself while you hold these Lu1 points.
