I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in working with men and women that are currently struggling with life transitions; family systems that have difficulty implementing boundaries or struggle with their communication styles; and couples that would benefit from therapeutic support to identify goals to further the progression in their relationship. I have extensive experience working with clients that are diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder, Depressive Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, and coexisting issues such as substance abuse, domestic violence and trauma (physical, sexual, emotional) in inpatient and outpatient settings. I utilize multiple therapeutic theories in sessions (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution focused Brief Therapy, etc.) to help clients identify their objectives for treatment and areas in their lives that they could further strengthen with support.
