We are a dedicated sports performance program trained in educating athletes on how to increase their success on the field, ice, or court. Success in athletics revolves around one's ability to integrate speed, agility, core strength and muscular endurance to perform at the top of one's game. Our team includes Physical Therapists credentialed in the McKenzie Method, Occupational Therapists, Fellowship Trained Sports Medicine Physicians, and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists. We offer comprehensive clinic and pool therapy services to help people recover from sports, hand and orthopedic injuries, work and musculoskeletal injuries, neurological and balance disorders. Our athletic trainers and orthopedic surgeons specialize in sports medicine, and provide on-field coverage for area high schools, community colleges and Division 1 sports teams.

March is National Athletic Training Month (NATM). NFMMC Has a staff of Athletic Trainers that provide athletic training services to local schools in Niagara and Northern Erie Counties. Our staff is dedicated to the health and safety of the patients we take care of. We focus on injury prevention, injury recognition, and injury rehabilitation of the physically active.

Favorite part of being an ATC? Watching an athlete return to play after a long recovery. Just knowing how hard they worked to get back to doing what they love after an injury or surgery. I enjoy building relationships with them and helping them through the process but the big "payoff" moment is when they return to the field/court/ice, etc and you know how much it means to the student-athlete to be back out there.
