✨ An Important Update ✨

Hi everyone,
My rest and recovery is taking a little longer than I expected 🌿

I recently discovered a genetic condition that prevents me from processing iron properly - so I’m basically releasing 48 years of build up…

The “de- ironing” is a bit more than I had anticipated, so I’m slowing down to rest and honor my own healing.

With that, I’ve made the decision not to renew my lease…

This studio meant alot to me, so this feels a little heavy 😞

But I am grateful for the steppingstone it was and everything it held…

Thank you to everyone who supported me, trusted me, and walked through my doors.
I couldn’t do this work without you! ❤️

This isn’t goodbye.

When I’m ready, I’ll be looking for a new space that fits the next chapter.

I’m excited to see where it leads…. and I can’t wait to welcome you back 💫

We’ll be temporarily closing as of 10/24/2025 🗓️

I’ll be taking a short pause from sessions for the next 4-6 weeks to focus on my own rest and recovery from a medical procedure. 🕊️

✨At the heart of what I do- whether it’s through sound, breathwork, or Reiki…

I’m not “healing” you.

I’m simply the facilitator.

Like I blindfold people and “knock them out” lol

But really … I’m opening a doorway for your body to release the heaviness and reset its natural rhythm 💫

- The mind quiets 🧘‍♂️

- Sound vibrations flow through you, soothing and restoring 🌊

And then something even deeper happens…

You feel yourself floating, wrapped in stillness, as if the world has fallen away 🌙

Love when this happens! 😍

My recent client, a hardworking business owner with constant stress, came in to try Reiki without really knowing what to expect.

He just knew he needed a break.

But what happened was way more than relaxation 🕊️✨

He went on a full subconscious “psychedelic- like journey”…

- He was walking through jungles with his girlfriend, surrounded by wild animals, climbing mountains, gazing into huge valleys.🌿

What if your pain isn’t random?
What if it’s not just physical?

Our bodies quietly hold what the mind can’t always process. 🧠

Sometimes showing up as tension, aches, or heaviness.

🌿 Some common “ storage spots”:

* LOWER BACK: worries about safety, money, or feeling supported.

* NECK + SHOULDERS: stress, responsibilities, unspoken words.

* CHEST: grief, heartbreak.

* STOMACH/ GUT: anxiety, fear of the unknown.

* HIPS: deep emotional tension, fear of change.

* KNEES/ LEGS: stubbornness, resistance to change.

The body keeps score - and sometimes whispers before the mind even catches on🧡

Your body doesn’t need force- it responds to gentleness…

Sometimes it’s the quietest practices - sound, breath, stillness- that create the loudest relief. 🕊️

You know that feeling when you finally sit down after a long day, wrap yourself in a cozy blanket, and your whole body sighs in relief? 😌

That’s just the beginning of a Reiki session - except that it goes so much deeper!

Its a full sensory healing journey:

1. “Whoa” - with a blank stare into the abyss

3. ( Starts crying ) “I’m not crying because I’m sad… I’m crying because I feel so good!”

4. “ Holy f*cking sh*t Kelly!” ( Lol- one of my top favorites )
