Thursday, whether you are considering breast/chestfeeding, are currently doing so, or want to share your accomplishments and advice, you are welcome to join our friendly community on Zoom! On Saturday, we celebrate Thanksgiving with Fatima's Heart - registration is required for this special lunch!

Stress? What stress?

Last year, the U.S. Surgeon General stated that parental stress is a public health emergency. See the report here:https://www.hhs.gov/sites/default/files/parents-under-pressure.pdf

Any parent will tell you that they didn't really need an official declaration to know parenting is hard. However, hearing that you are not alone can make a difference when you are in a fog.

Today is Stress Awareness Day. You are seen. You are heard. This is only a season.
