There is availability this week for Neuromuscular Therapy with Erin Owens, LMT on 1/22, 1/23, and 1/24!

Erin’s approach is a combination of John Barnes Myofascial Release Approach (MFR) and Lee Albert's Integrated Positional Therapy Protocol (IPT). These techniques complement each other to work gently with the neuromuscular system to soften the fascia, restore muscle balance, decrease pain, improve range of motion, and promote healing and homeostasis in the body; addressing both the physical fascial restrictions and the neurological "holding patterns" that keep the body stuck. Each session is customized for the body’s specific needs. These sessions are especially powerful for people with chronic pain, trauma patterns, or nervous-system dysregulation. Available in 60, 90, and 120 minute sessions.
