Armed Forces Day is celebrated on the third Saturday each May. It’s a day to pay special tribute to the men and women of all six branches of the U.S. military: Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marine Corps, Navy, and the newly created Space Force. This day honors all the people currently serving our United States of America.

Today, and every day, we say thank you for your unwavering bravery and determination in serving our great country!

Looking for a great and simple recipe, this one is a favorite of ours:

Makes 1 Gallon

Squeeze 4 Large Lemons, remove the seeds
1 Cup Granulated Sugar
1 Gallon Water

1) Combine the sugar and water. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
2) Roll each lemon on the counter to loosen its juices. Slice in half and then juice.
3) Add juice to sugar water. Chill and serve.
