Al has a deep passion for plants and has created a stunning nature walk in the courtyard. It's adorned with the beautiful plants he has nurtured back to health. He takes immense pride in each one, even giving them names. What began with just two plants has blossomed into a walkway showcasing his delightful collection, which he affectionately refers to as his nature walk.

🎂 We had the pleasure of celebrating Leonor’s 95th birthday with her and family visiting from Tennessee. Leonor was born in the Philippines and dedicated her career to teaching, working as a first-grade teacher. In her free time, she enjoys staying connected to her heritage by watching Filipino channels and nurturing her faith through prayer and viewing mass on EWTN. She has two children, five grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.

1- Pumpkins are technically a fruit because they contain seeds and develop from the flower of the pumpkin plant.

2- The largest pumpkin ever recorded weighed in at an 2,703 lbs., grown by Stefano Cutrupi in Italy in 2021.

3- Every part of the pumpkin is edible, including the skin, leaves, flowers, seeds, and even the stem!
