Big news 📣 🔔:

Yoga at Turkey Creek is back for a pop up session!

In other big news, I am pregnant 😁. To make sure that I am getting adequate rest to grow our little baby girl, I will not be doing sessions every Saturday this fall as originally planned. But I hope to see you on October 11th for a lovely outdoor yoga class at dock #6 ❤️

Join us for Back to the Flow! 🧘‍♀️ After you’ve made it through the first week of school, now it’s time to take a breath. Join us Saturday, 8/16 at 9am for a chill, 1-hour yoga session to help you reset and recharge after a busy first week. Gentle movement, deep breaths, and a good stretch. Bring a friend, too!
