Salt of Life literally means "that which gives liveliness, freshness or piquancy to a person's life" That is exactly what our Himalayan salt experiences will do for you. At SoL we aim to find solutions to better your health. Whether it is a salt session, infrared sauna, essential oil protocol or earthing session, we want to help you find your ultimate health. Historically, salt caves were known for their ability to detoxify the respiratory system providing better breathing. We have recreated that environment through halotherapy. Halotherapy is a drug free, safe and all natural breathing therapy. During your session, our halogenerator disperses a salt aerosol into the air simulating the salted microclimate of the ancient European salt caves. Inhalation of the ionized air benefits the lungs, sinuses and skin. So if you have asthma, allergies, COPD or even post Covid respiratory challenges, a salt session can detoxify your lungs providing a cleaner, healthier you! Hi Bluegrass family 🤍
This is Roaa — proud owner, believer, and forever lover of the Bluegrass Salt Room.

For over two years, Bluegrass Salt Room has been more than a business to me. It has been a mission. A healing space. A community. I was a client long before I ever became the owner — and I fully plan to remain one long after.

But sometimes life shifts… and when it does, we have to listen.

With a very full heart, I am considering selling Bluegrass Salt Room.

In the past two years, I’ve poured everything into growing and elevating this space — upgrades, improvements, new services, and most recently, adding hydration IV therapy to expand our wellness offerings. This place is thriving, beautiful, and full of potential.

My deepest hope is to pass it to someone who is truly passionate about wellness, holistic living, and serving this community with heart. Someone who will love it the way I have.
