Salt of Life literally means "that which gives liveliness, freshness or piquancy to a person's life" That is exactly what our Himalayan salt experiences will do for you. At SoL we aim to find solutions to better your health. Whether it is a salt session, infrared sauna, essential oil protocol or earthing session, we want to help you find your ultimate health. Historically, salt caves were known for their ability to detoxify the respiratory system providing better breathing. We have recreated that environment through halotherapy. Halotherapy is a drug free, safe and all natural breathing therapy. During your session, our halogenerator disperses a salt aerosol into the air simulating the salted microclimate of the ancient European salt caves. Inhalation of the ionized air benefits the lungs, sinuses and skin. So if you have asthma, allergies, COPD or even post Covid respiratory challenges, a salt session can detoxify your lungs providing a cleaner, healthier you! Then our infrared sauna is the perfection solution. Both provide natural anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial solutions to help your body feel it's best.
