Update: Our systems are back up and running

Our computer systems are currently experiencing a temporary outage. We are still open and seeing patients as usual, but visits may take a little longer than normal today.

At this time, we are unable to schedule appointments or send prescriptions while our systems are down.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. We will post when our systems are back up and running.

Out of an abundance of caution for our patients and staff, FPA will be CLOSED on Monday, January 26th. If you have a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to the closest emergency room.

Our AI attendant, Sophie is available round the clock to cancel, schedule or reschedule your appointment. You can reach Sophie by calling our main number at 859-278-5007.

Weather permitting, we will reopen both locations at 9am on Tuesday, January 27th. Stay safe and warm!

❄️❄️ We are closely monitoring the incoming winter weather. As of now, we are planning to be open for our Saturday clinic and again on Monday under normal schedules. If we need to alter our clinic hours we will post on WKYT and our social media accounts. Please check our Facebook and Instagram accounts as well as WKYT before heading to the office on Saturday.
