As the season changes, the needs many of our clients have change along with it. Our clients at Clear View are taking steps toward a new future from the moment they walk in our door, but those steps take time. While many of our clients are working toward employment, financial independence and self-sufficiency as they progress in their recovery, they still need a hand while they're on the way there. We want to take a moment to recognize October 10th is World Mental Health Day, a day to openly discuss mental health and remind everyone how important mental health is. A large number of individuals that struggle with substance abuse issues are also impacted by co-occurring mental health challenges that can create extra barriers when working toward a life of long-term recovery. Today is a reminder to encourage our clients and our community that it's okay to ask for help, no matter what you're going through.

What an honor it was to attend the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony yesterday at All Together Recovery in Danville. We were welcomed by CEO Lynnsey Vandeventer, Admissions Manager Shanda Correll and CMO Andrew Hager and their amazing staff. We were also thankful to see so many of our friends and community partners like Roaring Brook Recovery's very own Amber Ramsay.
