Meet: Kelsey Hoover
Kelsey is a dedicated caregiver who brings kindness, patience and reliability to every home she visits. She has been with us for over 8 YEARS!
Outside of caregiving, Kelsey enjoys spending time with her 4 daughters and watching them dance and cheer.
Her favorite part of caregiving- "Making a real difference in someone's life and the satisfaction I get knowing a family feels better because I am caring for their parent." ❤️

With warmer temps moving into the Bluegrass, it's the perfect time for our seniors to step outside and soak up some fresh air! At 𝐶𝑜𝑚𝑓𝑜𝑟𝑡 𝐼𝑛𝑑𝑒𝑝𝑒𝑛𝑑𝑒𝑛𝑡 𝐿𝑖𝑣𝑖𝑛𝑔, we love helping our clients safely enjoy beautiful days out and about!

Getting outside, even for a short walk or porch sit can:

☀️ Boost mood and reduce stress
☀️ Improve sleep
☀️ Increase Vitamin D levels
☀️ Support heart health
☀️ Encourage gentle movement and mobility

A little sunshine can go a long way in improving overall well-being. Whether it's a stroll around the block or simply enjoying a cup of coffee outdoors, we're here to make it safe, comfortable and enjoyable!
