So much starting at HFW. Kevin is offering sound healing with reiki 1 x per month at the Sound Healing Center of Lexington.

We will send out an advertisement soon of a slow flow/yin yoga with sound healing and group reiki at Lost and Found on Feb 12th from 6-730. Donation based. If this goes well, we will be offering 2 x per month.

Coming soon dates and rates for weekly yoga face to face and zoom starting in Feb!
