Every year on October 15th, candles are lit around the world at 7 p.m., creating a wave of light that circles the globe in honor of the babies gone too soon.
At Hope’s Embrace, we pause tonight to remember.
We remember the broken hearts we’ve held.
The quiet rooms we’ve stood in.
The names whispered through tears.
The births that changed us — no matter how brief, no matter how small.
Each story has left an imprint.
Each baby has shaped the way we hold space, offer care, and walk with families through both the joy and the sorrow of birth. We carry those stories with us — not as heavy burdens, but as tender reminders of the strength, love, and courage we’ve witnessed.
To every family who has experienced loss: you are not alone. You are part of a community that remembers with you — a circle of light, love, and shared remembrance.
Tonight, as we light our candles, we honor the lives that have touched ours in quiet and powerful ways. May each small flame remind us that love does not end, and that even in the deepest darkness, we are connected — one light at a time.
Our team will always be here to hold space — for your stories, your memories, your love, and your light.
