I’ve enjoyed the change of pace getting out to the weight room and training pad to perform the Post-Offer Pre-Employment biomechanical screenings for the Edmond Fire Department new recruits over the past three days. Always a good time to work with such great people!

Loved attending this course by Barbell Rehab! Gained a ton of great information on exercise prescription, improving lifting form, identifying movement disorders, and most importantly the incredible benefits that barbell lifting holds for long term health and wellness. I also got to meet some top notch peeps who happen to be PTs, coaches, and trainers. A weekend well spent!

Sergeant Joseph Wells, a 16 year veteran of the Edmond Police Department is the motorcycle officer that was injured this afternoon in a pursuit. Sgt. Wells is in critical condition tonight. Please pray for Joe and his family as he begins a lengthy recovery.

We discussed how to prevent injuries as a runner, how to strengthen to improve running performance and how to recover well after running. They worked hard and asked great questions!
I loved every minute with this group of smart, precious and inspiring girls!
