With Scrapper finishing their 31st year helping the Pet Community we figured it was time to have a logo - so - we chose a local high school girl to create our 1st logo draft - then we had a local graphic artist, put the finishing touches on it

Scrapper is excited to introduce Chewy’s Crosses -

Chewy is helping his mom Michele to make these cute diamond art keychain crosses to help pay for his service dog training. Chewy told Scrapper this morning “that mom has diabeties and her blood sugar drops. Its my job to warn her so i need training. I’m helping Mom make these cute crosses to sell to help pay for my classes.”

They can be seen at Scrapper’s Rescue on Main Street in Niles

Scrapper would like to introduce our newest Service Dog in Training, 3 year old Alaska, a Great Perynesse, with her foster/handler Melissa

Last Friday the new team got to meet and great Sophie and her handler Karen who recently joined Scrapper’s Service Dogs in Training Group

Sophie’s team has graduated from STAR Puppy Class and CGC Canine Good Citizen class and is working toward her Service Dog certificate

In the next couple three weeks, Alaska will be before pups in training in her class. Can’t wait for more excitement and fun and of course learning.

Scrappers downtown Niles will be closed from August 6 to 9 to participate in the Huge US 12 Garage Sale this coming weekend

Nearest cross road is Brush Rd. It’s also approx 2 3/4 miles west of the RR tracks in Edwardsburg.
