Ever feel like your muscles are “tight” no matter how much you stretch or get a massage?
This may be due to trigger points - localized areas of muscle tension that can cause pain and restrict mobility.
Dry needling is a technique where fine needles are inserted into these points to relax the muscles, improve blood flow, and reduce pain. Many patients report noticeable relief after just one session.
Wondering if this approach is right for you? Book a consultation and we’ll help you find the best solution for your needs.

This is Edyta, our pelvic floor specialist at Global Health Clinic. She creates a calm, safe space where patients can openly discuss sensitive issues without discomfort or embarrassment.
Many women experience symptoms they consider
“normal,” but these can often be treated.
Such symptoms may include:
Urine leakage with coughing, laughing, jumping, or brisk walking
• Frequent urges to urinate or feeling like the bladder doesn’t fully empty
Pelvic heaviness, discomfort, or pain
These issues are manageable with proper care. Early intervention is important.
We take a personalized, thoughtful approach and develop a treatment plan tailored to each patient’s needs.
If you’ve noticed any of these signs, we encourage you not to delay. These conditions can progress over time.
Prioritize your health-we’re here to help.

This is one of the best exercises for scoliosis 🙌🏻

It helps improve posture, relieve tension, and strengthen the muscles that support your spine.
✔️ Grab a foam roller — lean forward to feel a gentle stretch in your mid-back, then slowly return.
✔️ Try scapular push-ups — slightly bend your elbows, squeeze your shoulder blades together, then round them forward.
✔️ Add lower trap raises with a TheraBand — keep constant tension and lift your arms overhead as far as comfortable.

Funny thing. When you ask someone to relax, they often… tense up even more 😅

It happens because our bodies don’t always know how to “let go” — especially if we live in constant stress. Sometimes relaxation is a skill you have to learn.

Does that happen to you too? Share in the comments 👇

After an injury, it’s natural to want to get back to sports as soon as possible 🩺

But one wrong move can bring the pain right back. The key is to start slowly — with gentle stretches and stabilization exercises. Gradual recovery allows your muscles and ligaments to adapt, strengthen, and regain flexibility.

👩🏻‍⚕️ Our specialists will create a safe, personalized plan to help you return to physical activity without risking your health. Schedule a consultation — let’s get you back in shape, pain-free.

Have you noticed how often we tilt our heads down while looking at the phone? 🤔

Each time you do that, the pressure on your neck increases several times. Over time, it can cause pain, tightness, and even lead to “tech neck.”

✔️ Try a simple rule — keep your phone at eye level and stretch your neck every 20–30 minutes. This small habit helps maintain good posture and prevents chronic tension in your neck and shoulders

📩 If you’ve been feeling neck or back pain — visit our clinic. We’ll help restore mobility and relieve discomfort.
