Dr. Sara Graber received her Doctor of Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University. Dr. Sara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology. Her first passion, being a mother of 3 “Graber Girls,” is kids and so she pursued a Certification in Chiropractic Pediatrics. She then further her education and has been awarded the title of Board Certified Chiropractic Neurologist from the American Chiropractic Neurology Board and is the 12th Chiropractic Neurologist in the state of Minnesota. She is involved in Concussion Rehabilitation, Stroke Recovery, Seizure, POTS, childhood Learning Disability Rehabilitation and other neurological conditions while keeping active in the treatment of our regular patients with neck and back pain.
In 2016 Dr. Sara was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis and refused to be dependent on medication. Through functional medicine, genetic testing, diet and other therapeutic modalities, she was able to reverse the diagnosis and improve her Thyroid function and blood work in 4 months. For this reason, she has a serious drive to help others with functional medicine and genetic testing and to treat metabolic disorders.
Dr. Sara also has a passion for animals and in 2009 she founded Curell’s Animal Chiropractic Connection as a Board-Certified Animal Chiropractor with a specialty for horses. She is the first and only Animal Chiropractor with a Diplomate in Neurology in Minnesota and uses a Neurological approach to her treatments. She currently practices out of 2 small animal veterinarian clinics and is available for travel by appointment for performance horses and show cattle.

Dr. TJ Graber is the owner and founder of Fulda Family Chiropractic. Dr. Graber received his Doctor of Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology and minored in Chemistry at the University of South Dakota as well. He is a Board-Certified Chiropractic Neurologist. He received all of his post-graduate studies in neurology through The Carrick Institute of Neurology with hundreds of extra hours of study pertaining to metabolic syndromes, functional medicine, and pediatrics. Dr. Graber's number of advanced qualifications are a result of his passion and determination to help those patients who are suffering from chronic diseases and are left with no answers and no help.
The average doctor is 13 years behind current research and Dr. Graber strives to not fall in that paradigm. His first goal in the clinic is to have the most recent knowledge of any topics addressed by patients to ensure they receive the most optimal care. Dr. Graber is also an active member in a conjoined group and effort of doctors across the nation determined to help one another in finding the best help for their patients.
Dr. Graber’s practice focuses on treating patients who suffer from chronic neurological and metabolic disorders, such as Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome, Dysautonomia, migraines, vertigo/dizziness, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, thyroid disorders, diabetes, neuropathy, ADHD, autism, dyslexia and many other conditions.
