Thu Dec 11, 7pm –�Heart Protector Practice & Sound Meditation

The Heart Protector Practice is rooted in the ancient “Vajra Shield” practice of the Tibetan Vajrayana teachings.
Learning to protect our heart is an important aspect of awakening the heart center – and of our spiritual evolution.

This type of subtle energy skill is not typically recognized or taught in contemporary culture, but as one’s spiritual and energetic awareness develops, learning to generate energetic protection is just as important as activating one’s heart light.

This session will include the preliminary Heart Circuit instruction, the Heart Protector practice and a vibrational transmission of the Vajra Shield Mantra with Paul’s Tibetan bowls and chanting.
