There are many different styles of Qigong.
This is the style that I have learned integrative, slower, meditative movement combined with breath.
For me, by the time class is over I feel grounded and calm throughout my body.
I can move a little better, I feel a little lighter and my mood has shifted.
Follow along if you like. This flow includes the first four poses of Ji Ben Gong. There are 8 foundational flows.
