Day 40 of Holiday Cheer & the 12th Day of Christmas 🥁👑
On the twelfth day of Christmas, our chefs marched to the beat with a Drummer Boy Salad! Crisp mixed greens danced with pickled beets, tart Granny Smith apples, and red onion, all tossed in a rich balsamic walnut dressing—music to our taste buds. As the season continued, we prepared for Three Kings Day by crafting small boxes filled with hay, a meaningful tradition honoring the journey of the Wise Men as they followed the star to visit baby Jesus and present their gifts. A day full of flavor, faith, and festive tradition!

On the 8th day of Christmas, things got quite thrilling,
With 8 Maids a-Milking and milkshakes worth chilling!
Our sous chef and server went blender to blender,
While residents cheered, taste-tested, and chose the contender.
We finished the fun with good luck in our sight,
Serving black-eyed peas to keep fortunes just right!

Day 34 of Holiday Cheer 🎄
Happy Noon Year’s Eve! On the 7th day of Christmas, our chefs prepared shrimp scampi in honor of Seven Swans Swimming. We enjoyed festive snacks and raised a toast as we said goodbye to 2025 and welcomed 2026 with cheer, gratitude, and excitement for the year ahead!
