In honor of Martin Luther King Jr. and as part of our monthly service projects, today was all about giving from the heart ❤️

We partnered with CoxHealth to support their cardiac patients by stuffing over 70 heart pillows—each one made with love and care.

Last month, we also began a new service project learning how to knit preemie hats on looms. Today, we were so proud to gift 23 handmade baby hats to help keep the tiniest patients warm.

It was a beautiful day of kindness, purpose, and community—just the way it should be 🫶

Today we took a lunch outing to 14 Mill Market and treated our “unicorn” of a maintenance assistant to a well-deserved lunch! 🦄🍴

We appreciate all the hard work Mike puts in every single day—always going above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly. Today was just a small way to say THANK YOU for everything you do! 💙

Today was all about bright colors, creativity, and a little pampering! We made the cutest little spring chicks and followed it up with our weekly manicures—because feeling good and looking good go hand in hand.

Wellness Wednesday + Walking Week = the perfect combo.

We took advantage of the sunshine and hit the pavement this week getting our steps in while sharing laughs along the way. We have some short strollers and some power walkers and either way helps make us stronger and it brightens our day!
We are grateful for our partnership with Empiwer Me and all the hospice companies that come join us each month for wellness Wednesday with goodies to share and a helping hand.

In honor of Deaf history month we were fortunate to have some very special visitors come by and teach us sign language. We learned how to count to 10, spell out Castlewood, say I love you and so much more! What a treat to get to know you guys!
