So yes….I want you to look in your own eyes in the mirror and say these things.

It’s okay that you feel silly at first. It will become more comfortable.
Do mirror work errr day.
It’s surprising what sometimes you feel on the inside then look deep into your eyes and saying something else can do for you.
We often would never say to someone else the things we say internally to ourselves.
This is an EXERCISE that requires consistency that will gradually change that self talk.
