Coming to ya from Gulf Shores, AL. It is 55 degrees cloudy here this morning to get up to 66 today. However, at home I see that it is snowing and cold! We are supposed to get some storms move in here and then to get some of that cold weather starting late tomorrow night.
I haven't posted for a while, so I thought I had better jump on before I go exercise.
I wanted to talk about balancing hormones. Weight loss is a hormonal game!
Not understanding hormones at any age and how appetite, cravings, fat storage and burning, energy levels, sleep quality, stress response they are dependent on balancing hormones.
Balanced hormones create an environment for body to release weight naturally while imbalanced hormones fight against it.
When hormones are balanced, we can effectively use fat for fuel, balance hunger signals, lose weight, energy and mood are stable, and reduce belly fat.
Balanced hormones are with lifestyle factors, nutrition, and habits.
Start with one habit at a time. Let your brain adapt before adding more. Focus on actions that gets results. Then layer habits each new habit builds on previous one. Rewire your brain through repetition new neural pathways need time to strengthen.
Success comes from making healthy choices easier, not from forcing dramatic overnight changes.
