Mainely Memory’s launch of our Calm Together program at the CLC YMCA has exceeded our hopes—bringing more joy, laughter, and quiet magic than we imagined.

Calm Together is an intergenerational, evidence‑informed program that brings preschoolers and elders together once a week to connect, co‑regulate, and cultivate calm. Through song, movement, breath, stories, and stillness, generations meet in a shared language of presence.

What unfolds is more than an activity—it’s belonging.

Little hearts. Wise souls.
