💙✨ Bingo, Babies & Big Smiles ✨💙

Megan and Sara had the wonderful opportunity to join Greenfield Healthcare Center yesterday for Bingo and Babies, and it was truly a heartwarming experience. The memory care residents absolutely loved seeing the babies and enjoyed gently passing them around the room, sharing smiles, laughter, and sweet moments of connection.

Experiences like this remind us how powerful simple joy and human connection can be. We’re grateful to be part of moments that bring so much happiness to the residents and staff. 💙

💙✨ Thank You to Our Suburban Family ✨💙

As we look back on an unforgettable year, we want to say thank you to our amazing Suburban Health at Home family — from Home Health, Hospice, and HME. The memories captured in these photos are just a small glimpse of all the fun, teamwork, and compassionate care shared throughout the year.

From community events and hospital galas to building homes with Habitat for Humanity, and of course, plenty of fun on the golf course — 2025 has been a year full of connection, service, and heart. It’s a year we will truly never forget.

We are also incredibly grateful to our hospital partners for trusting us with the care of your patients. Your partnership allows us to continue making a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.

🎄✨ Spreading Holiday Cheer in Our Community ✨🎄

At Suburban Home Health, giving back is at the heart of what we do—especially during the holiday season. Last week, our Business Development Liaison Megan Ash and her family stepped in as Santa’s elves, delivering gifts and candy canes while spreading smiles along the way 🎅🧝‍♀️

Megan’s family came together to donate an incredible collection of personal care items, blankets, stuffed animals, pajamas, games, and more to the Brickyard Facility in Greenfield. Their generosity helped bring comfort, joy, and holiday spirit to so many residents.

We are so proud of Megan and her family for making a difference and representing the true spirit of the season. ❤️
