When it comes to keeping your baby warm at night, wearable blankets and sleep sacks are the safest choice. Unlike loose blankets, which can bunch up and cover a baby’s nose or mouth, sleep sacks keep your little one cozy without adding anything loose to the crib. A safe sleep environment is a simple way to protect your baby—every nap, every night. 🌙💛

Thanksgiving leftovers are the best, but only if they don't make you sick! Be sure to get them into the fridge within two hours after serving to keep everyone safe.

Leftovers last:
• 3–4 days in the fridge
• 2–6 months frozen

Remember: bacteria that cause foodborne illness can’t be seen, smelled, or tasted—so handle leftovers with care!

HOLIDAY COOKING TIP: Your turkey isn’t safe to eat until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F—and you cannot judge doneness by color.

Use a food thermometer and check in three places:
• The thickest part of the breast
• The innermost part of the wing
• The innermost part of the thigh

If your turkey is stuffed, make sure the stuffing hits 165°F, too.

After removing from the oven, let your turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving to let the juices settle.
