As many of you know, our sweet Sarah is taking a step back from the world to focus on life at home. Her last day with us will be August 28th. Sarah has been such a wonderful part of the yinRoot family, and to say we’ll miss her is an understatement. 💛 Please join us in wishing her all the best in her next chapter!

With Sarah leaving, things will look a little different around here. Joelle’s schedule is already booking out through September, so to better serve you all, she’s working on some exciting updates:

One year ago today, we found out we were with this sweet little guy after over six years of . After learning we had full coverage through my husband's new job, it felt like was a door we couldn’t not walk through. But when your background is in , the thought of is a bit scary. I was set on a low-stim cycle and doing everything as naturally as possible, including doing a natural (frozen embryo transfer). I could not be more thankful for the support of and, of course, Dr. Bopp at , for always allowing me to walk to the beat of my own drum. 🥁

This little snuggle bug turned F•O•U•R months old on July 21st and he continues to be the sweetest, most smiley, lovable, and chill baby. I’m so thankful he is ours. 🥹

This. Every. Single. Word. ♥️

To the woman in waiting…

It doesn’t make sense; the endless days that turn to months and then years of waiting on the Lord for something you know he considers GOOD and yet hasn’t allowed. I get it. I was you.

Month after month I would re-submit my desire for a 3rd child to the Lord, once again asking him to remove it altogether if it wasn’t from him. But by the next day my restless heart began to stir again and my eyes well up with tears as I yearned for something that seemed to not fit within the Lord’s plans. I understood the need for me to continue surrendering it, and my frustration would only lead to guilt… And yet still I could not shake it.

I remember when my son turned 5; my version of ’time running out to have a third’ escalated to an all-time high. And yet despite my dislike for all things clutter, still I held onto our baby items; tucked away out of sight & mind but not heart.

And then just after Noah turned 7, it happened. Not without trying I may add, nor without great expense, but I feel pregnant. Still I did not understand the Lords timing, highlighted even further when my mum was diagnosed with stage4 cancer at my 3month pregnant mark.

Fast forward 9 months and I sit humbled to my core. Our 8 and 9 year age gap have been the greatest blessings of our newborn stage. Not only have our kids been an enormous help, but their hearts & minds have grown in ways I never saw coming. Today as I wrapped up breastfeeding my 7week-old in Mug n Bean and handed Chloe to my 9-year-old for burping, my gratitude hit a new high. And with it came tears. God had known all along! How had I ever doubted his timing?

There I sat with an age gap that had once made me doubt its logic and instead had brought me more JOY and EASE than I ever imagined possible this early on postpartum.

God had seen the beginning and end. Who was I to think He hadn’t held me in the palm of his hand all this time? What was I thinking to ever have misunderstood his timing for inconvenient instead of predestined-perfection?

Who ever you are.. rest assured Lovely. He sees you. He’s got you. It likely won’t look like anything you imagined, because Darling - it will be BETTER!

It has been a really sweet spring and summer with my boys. Our sweet Callen was born on March 21st, exactly three weeks early, just as I had anticipated. He has been the sweetest addition to our family. 🥹

That said, I’m excited to officially be back in the office and seeing clients again! In July and August, I’ll be trickling back in a couple of days a week. Then, in September, I’ll be back in full swing. Last week, we were blessed with the most beautiful surprise—our sweet boy made his early arrival earth-side, a couple of weeks ahead of schedule. After more than six years of longing for this moment, he is finally home!

We are beyond grateful for the love and support of our incredible family and friends during this transition—one that hasn’t been the easiest, but is absolutely worth it. A special thank you to our amazing birth team, who, by fate or divine timing, were all there the day we arrived at the hospital, making his birth even more special. Our hearts are so full!

Meet Callen (meaning “Rock”) Joseph—named in honor of his maternal great-grandmother, Josephine, the true rock of the Greco family. 🩵

This sweet mama came to us for challenges. She was a few cycles post and was dealing with some unwanted symptoms and hadn’t been successful . After being with us for just a little over a month, she got her first positive at-home ! 🥹

We are elated for her and are thankful we were able to support her in nourishing her mind and body so that her womb would feel safe to conceive again.
