Cartwright Counseling is looking for part time and full time therapists to work with adults and children. Cartwright Counseling has a diverse clientele offering services to individuals, families and couples. This position is great for someone who is interested in a flexible schedule and who would like to learn the ins and outs of private practice, but isn't ready to venture into solo practice.

Requirements:

-Candidate must be self-motivated, compassionate, driven, collaborative and demonstrate strong clinical skills

-Current state of Indiana license as LCSW, LMFT, LMHC or equivalent

-2 years post licensure experience preferred

-Willing to work 10 hrs per week for PT (hourly compensation) or minimum of 25 hrs per week for FT (salary plus benefits)

-Ability to work independently

-Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
