Part 2 of Dr. Ryan's Favorite Conditions to Treat with BFR 💪🏻

For conditions like tennis elbow and golfer’s elbow, Blood Flow Restriction allows patients to strengthen the forearm and upper-arm muscles using light loads that won’t aggravate irritated tissues. The result: improved muscle activation, pain reduction, and faster progress toward a full return to gripping and lifting — without overloading sensitive tendons.

Light exercises like glute bridges and straight leg raises combined with Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) allow Jeff to start building strength early, without stressing healing tissues—accelerating muscle activation, preserving strength, and supporting a safer return to full activity.

We're not interested in being the biggest PT clinic in Noblesville or Indiana. 

We're interested in being the one where you feel seen, heard, and actually taken care of.

That means sometimes saying no to new patients when our schedule is full. It means protecting the time we have with each person who trusts us with their recovery.

Hot take: Your pelvic floor should be trained to work effectively in all positions—not just while lying down.

Real life happens upright—chasing toddlers, carrying car seats, loading groceries. That's why we progress from lying down → sitting → standing, and eventually to the movements that matter to YOU.

We start lying down for awareness and control, but the goal? Getting you strong and confident in REAL LIFE positions. Picking up your 30lb toddler. Carrying that awkward car seat. Standing at the counter meal prepping.

Strong pelvic floor = function that supports your actual life. Let's train for what you really need to do.
