This is why we do what we do.

We're not interested in being the biggest PT clinic in Noblesville or Indiana.

We're interested in being the one where you feel seen, heard, and actually taken care of.

That means sometimes saying no to new patients when our schedule is full. It means protecting the time we have with each person who trusts us with their recovery.

It means choosing quality over quantity, every single time.

If you're tired of feeling like just another number, we'd love to meet you.

Hot take: Your pelvic floor should be trained to work effectively in all positions—not just while lying down.

Real life happens upright—chasing toddlers, carrying car seats, loading groceries. That's why we progress from lying down → sitting → standing, and eventually to the movements that matter to YOU.

We start lying down for awareness and control, but the goal? Getting you strong and confident in REAL LIFE positions. Picking up your 30lb toddler. Carrying that awkward car seat. Standing at the counter meal prepping.

Strong pelvic floor = function that supports your actual life. Let's train for what you really need to do.

Dr. Ryan's Favorite Conditions to Treat with BFR:
Part 1 - Post-Op Knee Recovery 🦵

If you've been a patient at TPT or visited our clinic, you've likely seen those specialized cuffs in action—or maybe even used them yourself! Blood Flow Restriction training is one of our most powerful tools for post-surgical knee rehabilitation, and here's why:

BFR uses specialized cuffs placed on the upper thigh to temporarily and safely restrict blood flow to the leg muscles during exercise. This creates a unique physiological environment that allows you to achieve significant strength gains with remarkably light resistance—often just 20-30% of what you'd normally lift.

What does this mean for post-op knee patients?
You can start meaningful strengthening work much earlier in recovery without the mechanical stress of heavy loads or the need for full weight-bearing activities. By protecting your healing tissues while simultaneously preventing muscle atrophy, BFR bridges that critical early recovery phase when traditional strengthening would be too demanding.

The result? An accelerated return to normal activity and reduced overall rehabilitation time.

Stay tuned for Part 2 where we'll cover another one of Dr. Ryan's favorite BFR applications!

A week ago, we introduced you to Jeff and shared a glimpse of his journey. Now, at 2.5 weeks post-op, here's what his sessions looked like this week.

Here's a snapshot of a session this week where Dr. Ryan focused on three key goals:
- Restoring full active knee extension
- Normalizing his gait pattern without crutches
- Building comfort with low-level weight-bearing activities like squats and calf raises.

Stay tuned for more updates on Jeff's recovery!

Are you or someone you know having surgery soon? If you're looking for this kind of individualized, hands-on care, you've come to the right place.

Send us a message or give us a call—we'd love to help.

Kettlebells aren't just for hardcore gym workouts anymore!

We love incorporating kettlebells into our sessions because they're incredibly versatile tools for building real-world strength and movement patterns.

From improving grip strength and core stability to enhancing balance and functional mobility, kettlebells help our patients rebuild confidence in their bodies. The unique off-center weight distribution challenges your muscles in ways that translate directly to everyday activities—like carrying groceries, lifting kids, or getting back to your favorite sport.

Whether you're recovering from an injury or working to prevent one, kettlebells can be scaled to meet you exactly where you are in your healing journey.

Ready to swing into your recovery? Let's talk about how functional strength training can support your goals. 🎯
