Here are few things you can do to plan for your arrival home with baby!

1) Have a visitors schedule. Let friends and family know when and if they can come over. It’s okay to limit visits as you adjust to parenthood.

2) Say yes to help offered - accept meals, help with household chores, laundry, childcare, etc.

3) Consider hiring a night nurse or postpartum doula.

4) Remember to rest and hydrate. It truly takes up to 6 weeks for you to fully recover from giving birth.
