Did you ever go to an exercise class and then skip the next class because your muscles still hurt from the first class? One of the things clients love about Pilates, is that you can tone and build muscles without ever hurting. Pilates uses your body weight for resistance and focuses on working both small and large groups of muscles. Over time, core strength, flexibility and muscle tone will begin to increase. Although the movements are small and slow, Pilates provides an intense full-body workout.

At The Pilates Mill we care about you. Our classes are small on purpose in order to make sure everyone gets the attention they deserve. We'll learn your name. We'll do everything we can to make you comfortable. You won't have to worry about not knowing how to do an exercise or use a certain prop. Our instructors have over 500 hours of training, they'll give gentle guidance, and they will ensure your safety and your success!
