1. WE SHOULD TRY THE EASIEST OR THE THING WE LIKE THE MOST FIRST
2.WE MUST DO IT FOR BRIEF PERIODS OF TIME 2-3 MINUETS BUT MAY REPEAT IF WE FEEL LIKE. WE SHOULD DO THE SAME FOR ABOUT A WEEK TO GET HABITUATED
3. WE CAN ADD NEXT THING WE LIKE FOR 2-3 MINUTES AT A TIME FOR A WEEK THE SAME WAY
4. WEIGH YOURSELF DAILY IT WILL HELP YOU LOOSE WEIGHT
5.BUY ONE SIZE SMALLER PLATE TO EAT
YOU WILL TAKE 20 PERCENT LESS CALORIES WITHOUT FEELING BAD

1.Buy A Scale and Put At A place You Will Stumble Into So That You Can Weigh Daily For 1 WeekOnly

2. Carry The Fruit And Bottled Water or Zero Calorie Drink In Your Purse And and Leave Some Your End Table. Don’t stay Hungry Use Them As soon as you get hungry. They will Cut your food Cravings

3.Buy one size smaller plate and put them on your dining table

4. Don’t go to the Gym. Use push ups sit ups just a few and take staircase go to the mall walk a Little faster

5 put fruits you like on the dining table and try to eat them at the beginning of the meal and not at the end.
Just try it for a week and see what happens.
I did and it helped me a lot and now I am in Great shape
