JUST IN: The Veterans Health Administration has signed a lease to build a new VA outpatient clinic across from the Norfolk Premium Outlets in Virginia Beach.

The 20-year lease includes 182,230 square feet of medical space and 1,250 parking spaces, at the northeast corner of Northampton Boulevard and Premium Outlets Boulevard in Virginia Beach.
