🏆 Bravette Pride 🏆

Last week, 4 Bravettes were in the recovery lounge taking time to care for their bodies during wrestling season 🤼‍♀️
This week, 3 of them became champions and the other earned 2nd place — an incredible showing of hard work and dedication.

Recovery matters.
Taking care of growing, hardworking bodies helps these athletes stay strong, confident, and ready to compete. We’re proud to support young athletes who are putting in the work both on and off the mat.

💪 Athlete Spotlight 💪

Karter came in for sports cupping — he’s 11 years old, in 5th grade, and right in the middle of a tough wrestling season 🤼‍♂️

After dealing with shoulder issues for over a year, his body has been under a lot of stress from training and competition. We focused on targeted cupping to support muscle recovery, mobility, and overall performance — and check out how it helped him 🙌

Success stories like this are exactly why I do what I do.
Watching athletes feel better, move better, and stay confident in their sport never gets old.
