As we step into the New Year, I can’t help but feel incredibly thankful. Thank you to every single person who supported, showed up, trusted me, and believed in what I do. Whether you came once, come weekly, shared a post, or sent a kind message—none of it goes unnoticed. ✨411 new clients. 237 returning clients. 20 new services.
Ending the year beyond grateful. None of this happens without the trust, support, and belief from every single person who showed up.
Big things are coming. This year will bring new, fun, and exciting additions, with new services launching soon—and I can’t wait to share what’s next.

The trauma wrestlers put their bodies through every time they step on the mat is unreal. 🤼‍♀️💪
Recovery isn’t optional at this level—it’s essential. Huge shoutout to this Battle Creek wrestler for staying on top of her body’s recovery and putting the work in off the mat.

Cupping helps by increasing blood flow, breaking up tight fascia, reducing muscle tension, and speeding up recovery so they can train harder and compete longer.
