📝 Ingredients:
20 oz cheese tortellini (fresh or refrigerated)
1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
Salt, black pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1½ cups heavy cream
½ cup beef broth
1¼ cups freshly grated parmesan cheese
½ tsp Italian seasoning
Optional: chopped parsley, red pepper flakes, extra parmesan

Cook the tortellini:
Boil tortellini according to package instructions until tender. Drain and set aside.
Sear the steak:
