Dawn Parks, from Phoenix Behavioral Health, will be available to answer any questions you might have on a range of topics such as self-care, managing anxiety and depression, mindfulness, stress management and general mental health issues, such as managing bipolar, personality disorder, addictions and their impact on our mental, emotional, and on our physical health.

GOAL SETTING

In this five-week course you will learn about the stages of change, how habits are formed, and the process of creating new healthy and productive change in your life. Learn to identify the cues that trigger bad habits, disrupt the repetitive cycle and create positive, productive, and healthy ones. Understand the role of mindfulness and visualization in habit change and apply SMART goal setting skills to set yourself up for success.
