March Sister Circle: Unleash & Bloom 🌸

Such a moving circle this month. Moms...choosing them, college students... taking a moment to acknowledge what they have accomplished before rushing to the next accomplishment, women working through challenging life transitions & some letting go of non reciprocal relationships👏🏽👏🏽

We showed up with open hearts & the courage to be deeply vulnerable, releasing what we’ve been holding onto for far too long. What once felt necessary, no longer serves the woman we are Becoming.🙌🏾

Not just talk about blooming,we chose it. 🌿

Walking away lighter & grounded in the truth that even when the journey feels challenging, what’s waiting on the other side is worth it.
This is what sisterhood looks like. This is what healing feels like.

What a joy to be back for Yoga & Wine! Shoutout Maria 🫶🏾Feeling truly grateful for the warm welcome back.

To the women who showed up: thank you for choosing yourself and putting your well-being at the top of your priority list this weekend. 🫶🏾We moved with ease, & flowed gently while tasting the most delicious wine flight.

🥂The perfect blend of presence & pleasure.

The energy in the room was filled with joy, openness, & connection. Barbara, Shantell, Bridgett, , and every woman who stepped onto the mat brought something special to the space. It was a truly beautiful way to return.
