Day 97: 🌍 World Health Day — Gratitude for holistic wellness

Health is not just physical fitness.

It is mental clarity.
Emotional balance.
Spiritual connection.
Community support.

Today on World Health Day we honor the yogic view of true wellness: balance in body, mind, and spirit.

Grateful for practices that help us truly thrive, not just survive.

Day 96: Gratitude for self-care rituals

Join us for our next Selfcare Sunday April 26 at 1pm

Self care in yoga is not indulgence.
It is responsibility.

Abhyanga.
Meditation.
Rest.
Nourishing food.
Healthy boundaries.

Gratitude for the rituals that keep the nervous system balanced and the heart open.

“You yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection.”
— Buddha

Day 95: Gratitude for peaceful breath

The breath is always waiting.

Waiting to calm us.
Waiting to center us.
Waiting to remind us we are okay.

Grateful today for this constant companion.

Day 94 : Gratitude for sacred practice space

A yoga space is more than four walls.

It becomes sacred through intention.
Through practice.
Through every prayer whispered in silence.
Through every student who shows up exactly as they are.

Gratitude today for the spaces that hold healing, growth, laughter, and transformation.

“You are the temple.”

Day 93: Gratitude for Reiki healing

Gratitude for the gentle yet powerful healing of Reiki. For the practitioners who offer their hands and hearts in service, and for the students who allow themselves to receive.

Energy healing reminds us that deep restoration happens when we slow down enough to allow it. Reiki brings balance to the nervous system, calm to the mind, and support to the body’s natural ability to heal.

We are grateful to offer monthly Reiki healing sessions at the studio every 2nd Saturday. These sessions are donation based and open to anyone who feels called to receive.

Come rest. Come receive. Come realign.

Day 92: 🐒 Hanuman Jayanti — Gratitude for courage, humility, and service

Today we honor Hanuman, the embodiment of devotion, strength, and selfless service.

Hanuman reminds us true power comes from humility and love.

Gratitude today for the courage to serve.
For the strength to stay humble.
For the devotion to something greater than ourselves.

“Where there is devotion, there is Hanuman.”

May we all serve with open hearts.

Day 91: Gratitude for Yoga Retreats (Amorgos, Greece) April 19-26, 2027

Gratitude today for yoga retreats and the transformation that happens when we step away from routine and step into intentional living.

Retreats remind us who we are when distractions fall away.

I am so grateful to announce we are opening our next Greece retreat for April 2027. These experiences are not just vacations. They are soul experiences. Community experiences. Life-changing experiences.

Early bird registration is now open for April with a special code:
EARLYBIRD$200

If Greece is calling you, trust that whisper.

“You are not a drop in the ocean. You are the entire ocean in a drop.”

Day 90: Gratitude for hope rooted in practice

Hope in yoga is not wishful thinking.
It is something we build.

We build hope every time we show up to the mat.
Every time we breathe instead of giving up.
Every time we trust the process even when results aren’t immediate.

Practice teaches us:
Nothing is wasted.
Every breath counts.
Every effort matters.

The Yoga Sutras remind us that steady practice over a long period of time creates transformation.

Today I am grateful for hope that is not fragile, but rooted in discipline, and devotion.

Hope that grows because we practice.

March 28 marked our final day together in Bali, and closing our retreat container was not easy. What began as a group of individuals arriving from different places in the world became a family connected through shared experiences, open hearts, and deep presence.

The connections formed here were filled with so much love, authenticity, and meaning. Through yoga, ceremony, laughter, growth, and even the vulnerable moments, something very special was created that will continue to ripple far beyond this island.

Bali has a way of holding space for transformation, and as we said our goodbyes, there was both gratitude and that quiet knowing that this was not really an ending, just a continuation of the journey we each carry forward.

So proud of every single soul who said yes to this experience, yes to themselves, and yes to the unknown. These are the moments that remind me why this work matters so much.

Until we meet again, Bali. Terima kasih for the magic.

Day 89: Gratitude for adventure

Yoga is an adventure.

Not just the retreats.
Not just the travels.
Not just the new poses.

The real adventure is becoming more of who you truly are.

Gratitude today for the courage to say yes to growth. Yes to transformation. Yes to the unknown path that becomes clear only when we begin walking.

“The quieter you become, the more you can hear.”
— Ram Dass

May we stay open to the great adventure of awakening.

Day 88: Gratitude for choice

Every moment gives us a choice.

To react or to breathe.
To close or to soften.
To rush or to be present.

Today I am grateful for the yogic teaching that awareness creates choice.

As the Bhagavad Gita reminds us:
“Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.”

Day 87: Gratitude for calm amidst chaos

Some days feel like standing in the eye of the storm. Life moves fast. The world feels loud. Yet yoga reminds us that peace is not something we find outside ourselves. It is something we remember within.

Gratitude today for the calm that practice gives us. For the breath that steadies us. For the awareness that reminds us we are not the chaos, we are the witness.

Ram Dass said:
“We’re all just walking each other home.”

Today I am grateful for the practices that bring us back home to ourselves, even when life feels uncertain.

Yoga teaches:
Calm is not the absence of chaos.
Calm is presence within it.
