Your appointment time is reserved just for you 🤍

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows make it difficult to fill that spot and directly impact our small business.

We currently have a waitlist of clients hoping to get in, and this is one of our busiest seasons. When appointments are missed or canceled last minute, it takes away the opportunity for someone else to book that time.

As service providers, we don’t get paid without clients in our chairs, so these missed appointments truly matter.

As a reminder:

• No-shows will be charged accordingly
