You can now find PROH Wellness Center in the Expansive building located at 223 East City Hall Ave., Suite 327, Norfolk, VA 23510. Our hours are still Tuesday through Saturday 11am to 7pm, but visitation is by appointment only. Stay tuned for more updates as we get settled in and drop new products, or better yet, come by and see us!

As of TODAY, Virginia became the first southern state to legal recreational use of ma*****na. Anyone over the age of 21 can carry up to an ounce of ma*****na on them. They can gift it in private and are allowed to cultivate up to 4 plants per household. However, if caught with more than an ounce will result in a civil fine of $25 and if caught again can be charged with substance abuse. Legalization does not mean that your employer has to allow you to use it. Companies can create their own policies for drug use.
Also, sales of recreational use will not begin until 2024 meaning if you want to get your hands on ma*****na easily and carry more than an once and be protected by the HIPPA act, getting a medical ma*****na card is your best option. In the state, there a few medical dispensaries but you will need a medical ma*****na card first! If interested, PROH makes the entire process as easy as possible in obtaining a card.
